THE LAKE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN THE SWINE FLU VACCINE
The Lake County Health Department is planning Point of Dispensing (POD) H1N1 (Swine) Flu vaccination clinics for school age children at the following locations:
Saturday, November 7th
9 AM to 3 PM
Lake County Fairgrounds
2101 CR 452, Eustis
Saturday, November 7th
9 AM to 3 PM
Lake Sumter Community College
South Lake Campus - Building 1
1250 N. Hanthingy Rd., Clermont
The Lake County Health Department will offer the vaccine for school age children at no cost. No appointment is necessary, however, a limited supply of vaccine is available so vaccinations will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
